3. Shipping Destinations & Estimated Delivery Times

• Within Lagos: Typically 1-3 business days after dispatch.
• Other Nigerian States: Typically 3-7 business days after dispatch.
• International Shipping: Delivery times vary significantly by destination. Please contact us for a bespoke shipping quote and estimated delivery timeframe if you are outside Nigeria.

Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery location, the size and weight of the item, and any required insurance. The final shipping cost will be communicated to you and included in your total invoice before payment.

5. Packaging

Each ÀSÌKÒ piece is carefully and securely packaged to protect it during transit. All items are shipped with their Certificate of Authenticity.

6. Order Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be provided to you once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to monitor its journey.

7. Incorrect Addresses & Failed Deliveries

It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. ÀSÌKÒ is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to a failed delivery attempt or incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the item.

8. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

For international orders, the recipient is responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and local taxes levied by the country of destination. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
