1. Our General Policy
At ÀSÌKÒ, we specialize in unique, pre-loved luxury items. Due to the nature of these pieces, all sales are generally considered final. We provide detailed descriptions, condition reports, and multiple images for each item to ensure you can make an informed purchase.
We encourage you to ask any questions and request additional information or photos before finalizing your purchase through our direct communication channels (WhatsApp, Instagram DM, etc.).
2. Authenticity Guarantee
Your trust is paramount. We stand by our rigorous Authentication Process. In the extremely unlikely event that an item purchased from ÀSÌKÒ is proven to be non-authentic by a reputable, brand-recognized third-party authenticator, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee.
To make a claim under this guarantee:
- You must contact us at hello@asikoarchive.com within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Provide clear, written proof of non-authenticity from the recognized third-party authenticator.
- The item must be returned to us in the exact same condition it was received, with all original tags, accessories, and packaging (if applicable).
Upon verification of your claim and receipt of the returned item, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price.
3. Significant Discrepancies in Condition
We strive for utmost accuracy in our item descriptions and condition reports. If you believe an item you received has a significant undisclosed flaw or is substantially different from its description (beyond normal wear expected for a pre-loved item), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide photographic evidence and a detailed explanation of the discrepancy. We will review such cases individually and work towards a fair resolution, which may include a partial refund or, in rare cases, an approved return for store credit, at our discretion.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Unless covered by our Authenticity Guarantee or a significant, undisclosed discrepancy approved by us, the following are typically non-returnable:
- Items sold as "Final Sale."
- Items where the condition was accurately described and acknowledged.
- Items damaged after receipt by the customer.
- Returns initiated outside the specified timeframes.
5. Exchanges
Due to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of most pre-loved items, we generally do not offer exchanges.
